Below is a sampling of some of the key wins from the last 5 years of my career in leadership roles.


2022

HigherDOSE:

  • Improved conversion rate from .5% to 1.8% from new CRO program

Therabody:

  • Reached $400M in revenue up $115M YoY in a down economy

  • Received $165M in equity funding

  • Theraface Launch: The first successful hero product launch for Therabody. Sales equaled Theragun sales for the first 3 months. Improved 90-day LTV from $399 to $450

  • Scaled Amazon to 50% of e-comm revenue, up from 30% the year before

  • Grew revenue from women from 40% to 50% of total revenue

  • Launched omnichannel media across Target, Dick’s, Best Buy.

  • Launched incrementallity attribution that scaled paid media from $60M to $80M and hit target KPI ROAS of 5

  • Built brand health tracker to track ongoing brand performance and growth from top-funnel media allocation


2021

Therabody:

  • Scaled revenue from $80M to $285M

  • Scaled media spend from $18M to $57M and hit 5 ROAS KPI

  • Scaled Amazon from 10% to 30% of e-commerce revenue

  • Launched disruptive paid media ambassador campaigns with Cristiano Ronaldo, Ally Love, and Cody Rigsby that drove over $50M in new customer-attributed revenue

  • Drove $142M in Q4 revenue (more than all of 2020 combined)

  • Launched CTV, programmatic, and podcast channels


2020

Olay:

Nissan:

  • Won Cannes Gold Lion for #SheDrives Campaign

  • Launched Nissan Leaf electric car, the world’s best-selling electric car for 2018/2019
